As a consequence, has working relationships with individuals and business owners across a wide range of business sectors. This provides invaluable insight and understanding of specific financial requirements for individuals and businesses. Outside of the business, Paul is married (7 years) to his wife, and Co-Director of the company, Danielle where they live in Benfleet, Essex with their two cats Harry & Georgie. Paul tries to work off all the coffee and biscuits at his local Virgin Active Gym 3-4 times a week. Paul plays guitar (but sadly doesn’t have time to be in a band any longer).
Each year Andrews Wealth Ltd participates in a number of charity fund raising events. This has included The London Marathon 2008; Enduro Africa 2009; Kumon Math-a-thon 2015, as well as continued support of the St. James's Place Charitable Foundation, which, alongside many other worthy causes, continues to support the Stephen Sutton Teenage Cancer Trust. Paul is passionate that charitable support is a core value of Andrews Wealth Ltd.

The majority of that time has been with St. James’s Place (originally J. Rothschild Assurance) where he set up Wesselton Associates Ltd and developed the business into a Senior Partner Practice before merging with Andrews Wealth Ltd in 2018.
Richards philosophy has always been to deliver a high level of personal service, knowledge and expertise.
His Practice was built almost entirely through recommendation and referral which is a testament to the service and advice he provides.
Richard is married to Esther (24 years) and they have 2 daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, cycling, motorcycling, the theatre and playing the piano.
Richard also represents East Anglia on the National Committee of the St. James’s Place Charitable Trust. He has organised and taken part in many challenging events to raise money for worthy causes.

Martin has been advising clients for over 12 years, previously working as a Financial Adviser for Lloyds and HSBC. This involved building lasting relationships with clients to provide personally tailored financial advice. Martin has a broad experience in all areas of financial planning.
Martin prides himself on always providing the highest level of personal service to his clients with regular contact and review meetings tailored to each individual.
Martin lives with his partner Emma and two children Millie and Henry. In Martin’s spare time he enjoys spending time with the family, taking Millie swimming every week and Henry to Rugby and is a keen runner himself. Martin is currently training for the Great East Run.

Ross and his wife Katie moved back to Suffolk where he began his career with
St. James’s Place in 2007. Previously, Ross was an IFA in Cambridge before joining The Ross Welton Practice Ltd, which he ran successfully until merging with Andrews Wealth Ltd early in 2019.
Having built up a substantial Practice over the years, the merger with Andrews Wealth has enabled Ross to focus more on a high level of client interaction and personal service for his clients and their families. Ross specialises in advising Private and Corporate Clients on Retirement Planning, Investments, Inheritance Tax mitigation, Corporate Investing/protection and strategies.
Ross is a keen athlete and competes in Triathlons of varying distances around the world. Where possible Ross combines this with his work with the
St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation to raise much needed Funds for many, very worthy causes.
Danielle joined Andrews Wealth in 2016 as the Practice Manager, and in 2018 became Co-Director of the company. Prior to joining Andrews Wealth Danielle spent 11 years working in the Financial Sector (Barclays Wealth & Cantor Fitzgerald).
Outside of the business Danielle likes to keep active and plays in 2 local netball leagues, attends piano lessons and is part of a photography club.
Nicky has a varied background in office administration and telesales.
She has worked with Richard Toll since 2009 and is now a St. James’s Place Accredited Partner Practice Manager. Her primary role is to ensure the smooth running of the Practice, while working closely with clients.
Nicky lives in Ipswich with her husband Steve. She enjoys swimming, reading and weekends away in their motorhome.
Fiona joined Andrews Wealth in August 2018 as an Administrator. Fiona works closely with clients, handling all servicing and management requests.
Fiona lives in Kesgrave with her partner Clive and has two sons Ben and Josh. Outside of work Fiona volunteers for The Stowmarket and District Cycling Club where she helps at races and events. This includes marshalling, registration, driving spare wheels around courses in case of punctures and of course baking cakes (the staple diet of cyclists).
Katie joined The Ross Welton Practice Ltd as Practice Manager in 2016 and has joined the team at Andrews Wealth early 2019. Katie continues to provide PA and secretarial support to Ross as well as additional support to the team as a whole. Prior to joining St. James's Place, Katie worked as a Nurse at Ipswich Hospital in the Emergency Department.
Katie is a keen triathlete, enjoying all elements of swim, bike and run. She also likes to cook and spend time with friends and family.
